Following the reveal of King Boo and Waluigi recently, we've now been given the full details for Mario Kart Tour's upcoming Halloween event. The new tour which brings new characters, courses and other MKT affiliated stuff will be live today at 11:00 pm PT or your regional equivalent. In terms of new racers Luigi, Waluigi, King Boo and Baby Luigi will be heading to the game.
